Statistics for factoring volume figures are gathered by FCI on a yearly basis with the assistance of all its local members.
The page "Factoring Volume by Country" gives figures for each country in the world where factoring services are offered, broken down over "domestic" factoring and "international" factoring (in the latter case, referring to export and/or import factoring transactions).
For each country also the number of active factors is estimated, regardless of whether they are members of FCI or not.
The page "Total Factoring Volume by Country in the last 7 years" is listing the same countries where factoring services are available, but tracks the total figure per country (the combination of domestic factoring and international factoring) over a seven year period.
The page "FCI Factoring Volumes by Type and Compared to Worldwide Volumes" gives a six year breakdown for the FCI membership between various forms of domestic and international factoring, and compares the totals to the "World" figures, which include all factors and not only the FCI members.
