Education
From its establishment in 1968, FCI has recognised that as a young industry, specialised factoring know-how is not yet generally available at universities or other institutes of higher learning. FCI has therefore developed a series of educational programs which provide for a transfer of know-how from seasoned factoring professionals to new or less experienced staff members.
Our aim is to give our members the know-how for offering their clients a truly professional factoring service and to do so with a superior level of service quality.
FCI therefore has offered its members a wealth of educational seminars and courses.
Enrolment to FCI Courses is restricted to FCI members only!
- Seminars: For FCI member companies we organise regular seminars, covering all aspects of factoring. Just in the most recent months, such seminars took place in Singapore, Germany, Budapest, Istanbul, Amsterdam, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Dubai. More than 300 attendants from different nationalities and markets benefited from a process of networking, role-plays, business games and group discussions. For more information, read FCI seminars.
- Courses: Also for FCI member companies we offer enrolment in seven different FCI Courses on International Factoring. Now in its twenty-first year and revised on a semi-annual basis, nearly 5,500 staff members from 70 countries have followed the Courses to date. For more information, read FCI courses.

Assistance to New Members: FCI is now offering in-house customized training programs specific to your company's learning needs, available for new members who joined FCI during the past two years. The purpose is to offer guidance in the process of setting up FCI Two-Factor business and facilitating the new members' integration into FCI.
