Please remember that by using the FCI Private Net and Library you are bound to the formal FCI rules that regulate its use by FCI Members and formally agree to abide to these rules. The rules that you must follow when using the FCI Private Net and Library are extremely simple: you are entering a site reserved to FCI Members and data, information and documents found in the Private Net are for the exclusive use of the Members and may not be disclosed to any third party without the authorization of FCI.
If you are the listed in the Member Catalogue as the “General Correspondence” person, you are also the System Administrator for your company and as such you have the responsibility of creating sub-user accounts for other members of your staff. You must also ensure that the sub users are kept up-to-date, i.e. they are deleted when that person leaves your company. Extremely important is also ensuring that your account and password are passed over to your replacement should you leave your position.
