Every year, at the end of the Council Meeting, the Secretary General announces the winners of the FCI Awards:
- Best Export Factor
- Best Import Factor
- Best Overall Factor
- Service quality improvement
- Performance consistency over the past 5 years
The selection of the winners is done based on the collective views of the FCI members acting as Export Factors and/or Import Factors. Each member is allowed to vote for all correspondents they have exchanged - over edifactoring.com - international business amounting to over 100,000 euros.
The complete results are released to the Members immediately after the official announcement.
